Shipping policy


Order Fulfillment 

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items ship within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer lead times, and whether an item is special-order, or sourced directly from a supplier.

Estimated lead times are listed on product pages whenever available. If an order experiences an unexpected delay, we will contact you with an update. 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Carrier Options

We work with multiple carriers to provide a variety of shipping options at checkout. Please consider any deadlines you are trying to meet when selecting a shipping method.

If you need an order urgently, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline and advise you on the fastest available shipping options.


In-store pickup

You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at Nightrun Garage. After placing your order and selection local pickup at checkout, most orders are ready within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email available when you arrive.


International Shipping

To provide the most consistent international shipping experience possible, we currently offer UPS international shipping services through our website. DHL and FedEx options may be available upon your request. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like a quote for an alternate carrier.


Customs Fees

All customer fees, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Many countries will not release a shipment until customer fees, import duties, and taxes have been paid. Depending on the destination country and carrier policies, UPS, DHL, and FedEx may collect these fees prior to or upon delivery. 

We will not alter, reduce, or misrepresent the declared value of any shipment to avoid custom duties, taxes, or fees.

Nightrun Garage will not under any circumstances cover custom fees, duties, taxes, brokerages charges, or other import-related costs for shipments outside the United States.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@nightrungarage.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Missing Package

Once you have received tracking information from us via email and your package leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible for the order. If you have a concern or issue with your package please contact the carrier you selected to file a claim with them.

Note: If you want your package covered by USPS be sure to choose Priority Shipping at checkout. First Class shipping is not protected against loss or damage through USPS. 


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Nightrun Garage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe a package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and notify our team so we can assist with any available claims process.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges.


Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Pre-Order listings are NOT ready to ship.  To avoid delay in shipping, please place in-stock items and pre-order items as separate orders. All items placed in the same order will ship together. The estimated production time on all pre-orders is 6-10 weeks from the date the order is placed. You will receive tracking information in your email once your pre-order items have been shipped. DO NOT place a pre-order if you need an item by a designated date, as we cannot guarantee the item will arrive by your designated date. When placing a pre-order you agree to these terms.
