Continue ShoppingOnce you have placed an order through our website we are immediately notified and work hard to make sure your order is fulfilled within a timely manner. We typically require 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday, to process and ship an order. During certain times of the year, it may take up to 5 business days due to a large increase in orders. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
We work with multiple carriers to provide you with as many shipping options as possible for you to select from at checkout. When selecting a carrier be sure to consider any deadlines you are trying to meet before selecting a shipping option.
If you have an urgent order, please be sure you select USPS Priority Express. Urgent orders need to be placed by 12 pm EST to make sure they will go out the same day. Please keep in mind, if you place an order for USPS Priority Express on Friday the order may not be delivered until Monday.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Nightrun Garage. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am to 5 pm on Monday thru Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We currently only list UPS carrier options for international orders. We do offer DHL and Fedex International shipping options on a customer-to-customer basis. Please contact us at NightrunGarage@gmail.com if you are interested in using either DHL or Fedex. We do NOT offer USPS shipping options at this time. Once the order has left the United States we ask that you wait 14 days from your last tracking update.
All customs fees, import duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Many countries will not release an order until the customs fees and import duties are paid. UPS, DHL, and Fedex will often collect the fees at your doorstep upon delivery. Total declared value on all parts will not be lowered on international customs paperwork to avoid your import duties, taxes, or fees. Nightrun Garage will not under any circumstances cover customs fees for any items being shipped outside the United States.
As an international customer of Nightrun Garage, it is your responsibility to handle all customs associated fees and import duties.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nightrungarage@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Once you have received tracking information from us via email and your package leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible for the order. If you have a concern or issue with your package please contact the carrier you selected to file a claim with them.
Note: If you want your package covered by USPS be sure to choose Priority Shipping at checkout. First Class shipping is not protected against loss or damage through USPS.
Pre-Order listings are NOT ready to ship. To avoid delay in shipping, please place in-stock items and pre-order items as separate orders. All items placed in the same order will ship together. The estimated production time on all pre-orders is 6-10 weeks from the date the order is placed. You will receive tracking information in your email once your pre-order items have been shipped. DO NOT place a pre-order if you need an item by a designated date, as we cannot guarantee the item will arrive by your designated date. When placing a pre-order you agree to these terms.
