Return/Exchange Policy

At Nightrun Garage, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, free from signs of installation and returned in their original packaging with all included hardware, documentation, and accessories. Proof of purchase is required. 

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@nightrungarage.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the return is a result of our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunded will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges, restocking fees, and non-returnable items are not eligible for refund.
