The NGK BKR7E 4644 spark plug is our go-to copper spark plug for JZ's and 7m's running pump gas. This plug works well as a stock replacement for both JZ's and 7m's. It also works well up to around 500 hp and BPU builds. Be careful of inferior, fake NGK spark plugs that look the same but dont perform the same!
