3-chamber System
Typical blow off valves require spring load settings for each vehicle specification. If the spring load setting is too low, the boost pressure may be relieved under high boost, and the desired boost setting may not be reached. If the spring load setting is too strong, the valve may not open at low boost. With this HKS design, you are able to adjust the pre-load setting which in turn adjust the air release timing.
This kit contains the Universal HKS Racing SQV BOV, billet aluminum installation flange, billet aluminum clamp, o-ring, plastic tee, zip-ties, and vacuum filter. This is a universal kit and REQUIRES WELDING to properly install!
HKS quality control tested this design and trialed it for a staggering 1 million actuations to ensure the durability of the design and to ensure the valve does not stick!
