The Radium top feed fuel rail for the 2jzgte features a large 0.69" internal diameter bore designed to flow large amounts of fuel! These extruded rails are CNC machined from a custom 6063 aluminum alloy coated with a black anodized and laser-etched high-quality finish. This rail is compatible with all fuel types and the ports are tapped for 3/4"-16 female threads (-8AN ORB). The fuel injector bores and the included press-fit injector seats are designed for 14mm injector O-rings. These seats include O-rings to prevent boost pressure leaks. They are CNC machined billet aluminum, anodized, and laser etched. The Radium fuel rail is the first and only on the market to support an (optional) fuel pulsation damper. The opening and closing of the injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail, which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a pulse damper should be used (especially with high flow injectors). The internal diaphragm will absorb oscillation pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and can often help an erratic surging idle.
