The Nightrun Garage Toyota 2jz/1jz VVT-i gear rebuild kits are the best kits on the market! Our base VVT-i gear kit includes a high-quality Viton gear seal and Toyota OEM seal-washer. The full VVT-i system kit includes everything from the base gear kit plus (2) oil control solenoid crush washers, the VVT-i solenoid o-ring, and the solenoid filter. These kits work on all 2jz/1jz turbo and non-turbo VVT-i engines. Toyota does not sell the gear seal separately so this kit significantly reduces the cost of replacing the entire gear assembly from Toyota that costs more than $250.00! This kit is a must for anyone doing a 2jz/1jz JDM swap into their car. We highly suggest buying the full VVT-i kit to ensure maximum performance from your car. If you do not feel comfortable doing this yourself, we do offer a rebuild service!
