The 1jzgte valve cover ventilation hose is the hose that connects between both valve covers as part of the PCV system. This is a JDM only part that can be difficult to source in the states. These are high-quality OEM Toyota hoses that properly seal the valve covers. We always replace these on our JDM swapped engines to prevent oil from leaking down into the spark plugs valleys.
