This is a Toyota OEM 4age rear main seal and we recommend replacing this seal whenever doing a clutch replacement! This seal is somewhat more labor intensive to replace as it requires the transmission and engine to be separated so we only use Toyota OEM rear main seals because they are the best quality. This rear main seal will work with both the 4age and 4agze engines. Be weary of cheaper, inferior quality seals that are sometimes marketed as OEM, as they have been known to leak!
