If you have an oil leak on your Toyota 1jz or 2jz engine even after a cam seal replacement look no further because the Nightrun Garage VVTi Gear rebuild service is finally here! If the intake cam gear on your Toyota JZ engine is leaking oil, you will need to remove the VVTi intake cam gear from your engine, mail it to us, and then we rebuild it with a high-quality Viton o-ring seal, and a Toyota OEM front seal-washer. This process includes disassembly, thorough cleaning, and inspection before being assembled with new seals. This is typically a 1 business day turnaround and we will get it shipped back to you as soon as possible. Remember to torque the 10mm allen key to 60 ft/lbs when you get it back on your engine. It is extremely durable, corrosion-resistant, and provides unparalleled levels of hardness and adhesion. It is resistant to most solvents and chemicals making it ideal for use in the engine bay. This coating is used in many military and industrial applications. Our Cerakoted gear also includes white applied Cerakote timing marks for an additional touch.
